Job Summary :

The Logistics & Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing all delivery operations, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods, verifying delivery accuracy, and maintaining proper documentation for all transactions. The role requires close coordination with vendors, platforms, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee all delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Ensure all goods are unloaded properly as per the delivery bill and verify the quantity and quality against the purchase order.
  • Collect delivery receiving documents from respective vendors or platforms as proof of completed deliveries.
  • Maintain and organize all delivery and receiving records systematically for audit and reference.
  • Submit all purchase bill receiving documents to the Saket office promptly without any delay.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any discrepancies in delivery or documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures related to logistics and inventory management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
