We’re Hiring : Business Development Manager – Bangalore

Cityinfo Services, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) in Bangalore to build strong corporate relationships and accelerate business growth in one of our key markets.

Your Role

Drive new business opportunities in the corporate real estate segment
Identify potential clients and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Develop customized proposals and deliver impactful client presentations
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions
Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities

What We’re Looking For

2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales

Background in corporate real estate or B2B sales preferred

Strong networking and relationship-building skills in the Bangalore market

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Highly motivated, target-focused, and able to work independently
