Technical Consultant - Distributed Database - Apache Ignite / Redis - InMemory Computing Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Consulting Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation of our distributed database solutions. You will provide architectural guidance, lead solution design and deployment, and ensure that our systems deliver maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.

This is a post-sales technical consulting position that requires strong delivery capabilities, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customer engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements to design and deploy distributed database solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Build proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production-grade implementations.
• Mentor customer teams on best practices, operations, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and influence product roadmap.
• Deliver technical workshops, training programs, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across IT, architecture, and operations.
