🛠️ About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Offshore Systems Engineer with deep experience in VMware virtualization and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, stays ahead of emerging tech trends, and can drive innovation across infrastructure and cloud platforms.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our offshore systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across virtualized and cloud-based environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage VMware-based infrastructure across offshore environments.
• Support and enhance Azure cloud services , including virtual networks, VMs, storage, and identity.
• Monitor system performance and proactively implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between on-prem and cloud systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies , recommending and implementing upgrades or new tools.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Provide Tier 2 / 3 support and incident resolution for offshore systems.
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
