Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Technical Corporate Trainer specializing in Ajax Frameworks at Qzensys Solutions Pvt Ltd, The Technical Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, developing training materials, and facilitating the ongoing skill development of employees. The trainer will collaborate with various departments to diagnose and address skill gaps, prepare instructional materials, and deliver lectures and hands-on demonstrations to improve employees' technical competencies.

Onsite Ernakulam, Kerala location; timing 10AM to 7 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training, Training & Development, and delivering technical sessions
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to develop training programs and materials
• Experience working as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Ajax Frameworks and related technologies
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in the corporate training environment is an advantage
