Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the quality function across multiple large-scale project sites
- Create and implement a robust quality management framework
- Influence key stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement
- Develop systems and processes for Design, Facility Management, and Construction to ensure delivery of the right quality
- Foster a culture of continual improvement across project teams
- Define quality requirements for raw materials in coordination with suppliers
- Ensure familiarity with project work specifications and enforce them on-site
- Provide expertise in both structural and finishing works, with an additional understanding of MEP systems
- Utilize quality tools and terminology effectively across all quality-related activities
- Conduct regular QA training sessions for internal departments and ensure contractor compliance with quality systems
- Adapt to change management effectively and display a willingness to learn and improve
- Introduce and implement innovative quality management methodologies
- Explore alternative design solutions to enhance project quality
- Perform regular site visits to identify process lapses and recommend corrective actions
- Engage with site project teams to resolve quality issues through system-driven approaches
- Lead and facilitate internal and external quality audits
- Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows as needed

Full-time B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering10 to 18 years of experience in the Quality function within the Real Estate sectorProven track record of working on high-rise residential building projectsStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsSkills Required
