• A consistent record of teaching excellence at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Published research in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and reputed conferences
• Proven involvement in research projects, consultancy assignments , and industry collaborations
• Experience in curriculum design , outcome-based education (OBE) , and academic quality assurance practices
• Contribution to funded research , innovation projects, patents, or startup incubation activities
• Leadership roles in academic administration , departmental initiatives, or professional bodies (desirable for senior roles)
