We're Hiring : Backend Developer (Python + FastAPI)

Location : Mira Bhayander | Type : Full-Time WFO |

Experience : 1–3 years

What you'll do

  • Design and build scalable, async-first APIs using FastAPI
  • Manage high-throughput data pipelines, real-time WebSocket services, and broker integrations
  • Collaborate with frontend, infra, and product teams to ship features end-to-end
  • Optimize for performance, reliability, and security
  • Own what you build — from deployment to monitoring

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of hands-on backend experience (Python preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of FastAPI, async programming, and background tasks
  • Experience with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL systems
  • Understanding of production systems : logging, monitoring, and debugging
  • Bonus : experience with trading platforms, WebSocket-based APIs, or Celery

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker and container-based deployment
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
  • Exposure to event-driven architectures or message queues
