Job Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resources & Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, employee attendance, leave and salary coordination, meetings, and team follow-ups. The role bridges administration and HR support , ensuring smooth functioning of the office while assisting management in monitoring work and reporting progress.

Key Responsibilities : Office Administration (Daily Operations)

  • Oversee daily functioning of the office including cleanliness, housekeeping, pantry, and supplies.
  • Manage vendors for utilities, internet, and office maintenance.
  • Handle courier, parcels, and documentation.
  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and ensure equipment is in working order.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.

Attendance, Leave & Salary Coordination

  • Monitor daily staff attendance and track irregularities.
  • Maintain leave records and ensure timely updates.
  • Provide accurate attendance & leave inputs for payroll processing.
  • Prepare reports on late arrivals, absenteeism, and leave balances.
  • Meetings & Coordination

  • Schedule and manage online meetings using Microsoft Teams.
  • Share agendas, record minutes, track follow-ups, and circulate action items.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams and management.
  • Task & Work Monitoring

  • Track team tasks and deadlines; follow up for completion.
  • Monitor Jira (or other task management tools) and highlight pending / delayed tasks.
  • Report overall progress and issues to management regularly.
  • HR & Employee Support

  • Maintain employee records and assist in basic HR documentation.
  • Support new employee onboarding (basic orientation, office setup, etc.).
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff queries related to office policies and operations.
  • Skills & Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR / Administration / Operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Microsoft Teams .
  • Knowledge of attendance, leave, and payroll coordination .
  • Familiarity with Jira or other project / task tracking tools (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
