Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights that guide business decisions. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed reports, developing data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and creating interpretive visual dashboards
• Excellent Communication skills to present findings to diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in data management tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in using cloud-based analytical platforms is a plus
