Qualifications :

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in eCommerce.
• Background in user experience, visual design, or program management is preferred.
• Design thinking mindset.
• Experience working in Agile framework.
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to effectively engage and motivate large groups by providing thought leadership.
• Adaptable and proactively able to move with change while maintaining a positive attitude.
• BS / BA in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field;

MS desired.
