Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SALES ASSISTANTS located in New Delhi.

KNOWLEDGE OF INDIAN TEXTILES AND EMBROIDERIES IS A MUST.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, maintaining organisation within the store, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering queries, helping with product selections and trials, processing transactions, and ensuring a well-organised sales floor.

Strong Customer Service abilities

Excellent Communication and Sales skills

KNOWLEDGE OF INDIAN WEAR SIZING AND CUTS

Ability to work well in a team environment

Previous retail or sales experience
