CTC :  upto 4.2 Lpa(Based on experience & interview performance)

Working Days :  6 Days a week

Shift Timing :  10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM (Saturday : 10 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Work Mode :  Work from Office (WFO only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced  Recruitment Team Leader / Manager  to join  Orbitouch HR , a growing recruitment and staffing company. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT), strong leadership abilities, and a client-centric approach to deliver efficient hiring solutions.

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source and attract qualified candidates using job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive screening through calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update an organized candidate database for ongoing and future requirements.
