About the Role
We’re looking for a Co-Founder with strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Management to join our SaaS-based IT product venture .

Role & Responsibilities Lead sales strategy, client acquisition, and growth initiatives .
Manage key client relationships and ensure consistent business delivery.
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans with the founding team.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams .
Build and mentor a future sales team as the company scales.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in SaaS or IT).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven record of closing deals and handling enterprise clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Compensation No fixed salary (First Year)
Commission on sales + Stake in the company
