Job description

You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Leading and managing a team of presales consultants to support sales activities and business development.
  • Collaborating with sales executives to develop strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities.
  • Understanding customer requirements and translating them into tailored, compelling solutions.
  • Overseeing the preparation of proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and staying updated on industry trends to enhance presales strategies.
  • Mentoring and coaching presales team members to develop their technical and strategic skills.

The Experience You Bring :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of [specific industry or product offerings, e.g., cloud computing, enterprise software, IT solutions].
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and presales tools.
