• Meet with clients to comprehend their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct thorough workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements.
• Translate client needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Design customized Salesforce configurations based on client requirements.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.
• Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, workflows, process builders, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement complex solutions.
• Manage multiple Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.
