Get To Know The Role

Reporting to the Development Manager II, Finance Systems, you will be an important technical expert, working as an individual contributor, responsible for developing integrations and extensions within Oracle Fusion Cloud. Your role will involve close collaboration with different teams to assess and deliver Oracle ERP enhancements, projects, and support. You'll help manage project and change request enhancements across critical ERP processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

You will be based in India and onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Integration Development : Build and manage inbound / outbound integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), covering cloud, on-prem, and event-driven integrations.
• Extension Development : Develop Oracle Cloud ERP extensions using PaaS, Oracle Autonomous Database, and APEX.
• Data Management : Create bulk data flows, FBDI-based integrations, and manage end-to-end data migrations with error handling and callback mechanisms.
• Data Quality & Integrity : Implement validation, error handling, and data transformation rules to ensure reliable, high-quality integrations.
• Technical Expertise : Use experience with FBDI, REST, SOAP APIs, Oracle SQL, and PL / SQL to provide scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaboration & Support : Partner across teams for testing (integration, UAT), documentation, and system connectivity through APIs.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify process gaps, data management enhancements, and adopt relevant platform updates to improve services for all users.
• System Upgrades : Play an active role in Oracle Fusion quarterly upgrades, ensuring stability and understanding of needs.
• Code Quality & Delivery : Uphold high code standards, conduct unit testing, collaborate, and meet delivery timelines.
