Job Details
Administrator III role will work closely with data engineers, business intelligence analysts, analysts, but also less-technical business teams with a background in Excel, relational and non-relational data sources supporting Alteryx Platform.
The candidate will work in a team (Data & Analytics) with other Operational, platform engineers and BI Administration to ensure best in class customer experience when interacting with IT DNA owned services and platforms. This role is crucial in the timeliness and effectiveness of the delivery of business analytics and data provisioning needs of the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Install & Configure Alteryx Server and host environments.
- Monitor Performance and set alerts for usage spikes.
- Administer Gallery & Data Connections including ODBC / DSN setups.
- Implement Governance and best practices for data workflows.
- Manage Permissions and user roles effectively.
- Handle Licensing – provisioning, auditing, and chargebacks.
- Vendor Coordination for issue resolution and support.
- Utilize Usage Reports for tracking jobs, users, and logs.
- Design & Test Workflows for automation and data processing.
- Perform Data Prep & Modeling including blending and cleaning.
- Validate Data Quality and ensure workflow standards.
- Maintain Improvement Backlog to support product growth.
- Support Users via training, office hours, and technical help.
- Assist Other Platforms within the enterprise data ecosystem.
- Configure High Availability for Alteryx systems.
- Manage AD Groups and memberships.
- Provide On-Call Support as part of a 24 / 7 rotation.
