Accountant (Urgent)

We have 2 positions, where we are looking for candidates th Below Skills.

Role 1 :

Strong focused on US accounts payable.

5-7 years of experience

At least 3 years into US public companies – in an environment where they used SOX, US GAAP – they should know how public company work in accounting standpoint of view and compliance from AP point of view

Purchase orders, W2 on making transactions, invoices and entering invoices

Global exposure is an addon.

TDS reporting understanding, Sales Tax / Purchase tax knowledge

PO’s, Agreements, partner with US accounting team and this person will be supporting US parent company and they have to know how to do the accruals, month end closing, general entry preparations – support to internal audit functions

Supporting financial reporting, Flex analysis – analyzing the diff b / n Quarter – Quarter, Month – month.

US GAAP, Audit, SOX.

Experience with ERP systems – Netsuite is preferred, any ERP is fine.

Work shifts : General with little overlap

Role 2 :

Min. 5 years of US tax exp

Monthly reconciliation, indirect Tax – Any ERP exposure will be good

Audit experience will be preferable.
