What You'll Do
Backend Architecture & Development
Design and build robust backend systems powering global customer support operations
Develop scalable APIs and workflow frameworks that enhance customer and agent experiences
Own components end-to-end, ensuring reliability, performance, and security
Lead key projects from conception to deployment with a focus on distributed systems
Technical Leadership
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
Drive observability initiatives and proactive tech debt management
Collaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-scale integrations
Champion innovation through pragmatic problem-solving and attention to detail
DevOps & Automation
Implement CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
Build automation platforms that improve operational efficiency
Ensure system reliability through monitoring and performance optimization
What You Bring
Required Expertise
5+ years of professional experience with Java and Python
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and backend software fundamentals
Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture
Proficiency in SOA, SOAP, REST APIs
Experience with messaging systems : Kafka, Flink
Agile & DevOps : CI / CD, Docker / Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring tools
Proven track record of mentoring engineers and owning complex components
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with enterprise-scale customer support tools and platforms
Knowledge of case / contact management and automation workflows
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
SaaS integration experience
Customer-focused mindset with innovation-driven approach
Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP) or DevOps certifications
