About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling Salesforce services, solutions, and consulting offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting, pitching, and solution discussions to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, SOWs, and solution decks.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and forecasts in CRM.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Salesforce or IT consulting services.Strong understanding of Salesforce products, cloud offerings, and industry use cases.Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Experience working with global clients is a plus.Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation.Skills Required
