Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Big Data technologies and production support. The ideal candidate should be strong in hands-on problem-solving, debugging, and supporting large-scale distributed systems.

Required Skills (3–6 years experience)

Mandatory :

Python

PySpark

Apache Spark

Good to Have / Preferred :

• Java
• AWS (Cloud services & deployment environments)
• Palantir Foundry

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on production support, issue investigation, debugging, and resolution.
• Perform enhancement work, optimizations, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system stability and smooth operations.
• Demonstrate quick learning ability and out-of-the-box problem-solving mindset.
• Be proactive in exploring new DevOps tools, emerging technologies, and automation approaches to improve system performance and support efficiency.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment.
