Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers — resolving queries and updating them on orders.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with India’s sneaker community.
• Source sneakers globally from trusted sellers and platforms at the best price.
• Track orders from purchase to final delivery and maintain accurate records.
