Job descriptionProficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and survey programming. Experience with Dimensions or similar survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyCTO, etc.). Strong logic skills : branching, skip and display logic, piped text. Understanding of data export formats (CSV, JSON, APIs). Attention to detail and ability to QA end-to-end respondent experience. Experience working with panels, quotas, mobile optimization. Prior exposure to longitudinal or multi-wave survey designs. Familiarity with statistical software (R, Python) for interfacing with survey data.
Role Overview :
We’re hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Dimensions to lead survey programming workflows on IBM Dimensions.
You’ll own survey builds, act as the subject matter expert on scripting and data flows, and collaborate with product & engineering to scale Dimensions programming into AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate study designs and questionnaires into programmed surveys using Dimensions (or equivalent survey-platform).
- Implement complex survey logic : branching, piping, quotas, randomization, multi-wave / longitudinal flows.
- Test thoroughly (debug, QA) and troubleshoot user flows, skip logic, error handling.
- Integrate surveys with data pipelines, APIs, and export systems.
- Collaborate with research, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of survey instrument to study goals.
- Maintain version control, documentation, and standards for reuse and scalability.
