About the Role :
We are seeking dynamic, creative, and business-oriented professionals to join our Branded Content Sales team across multiple locations and seniority levels. This is a high-impact role for individuals who thrive on converting ideas into tangible business opportunities and are passionate about storytelling, brand strategy, and media solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
- Drive branded content (BC) sales for Republic Media Network across platforms (TV + Digital) and languages (Hindi & English).
- Build and grow relationships with advertisers, clients, media agencies, and content partners across verticals such as :
- FMCG
- Auto
- BFSI
- Tech & Start-ups
- Government & PSUs
- Healthcare & Pharma
- Education & EdTech
- Own revenue targets and build a healthy branded content sales pipeline.
2. Branded Content Strategy & Ideation
Collaborate with internal creative and editorial teams to develop bespoke branded storytelling concepts.Lead client conversations around content narratives, campaign objectives, and media amplification.Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand tonality and align it with Republic’s voice across Hindi and English platforms.3. Relationship Management
Build deep and meaningful connects with key decision-makers in advertiser organizations and leading media agencies.Be the face of Republic Media Network in front of the brand and agency ecosystem.Convert one-time campaigns into long-term strategic partnerships.Candidate Profile :
Sales background is a must, preferably in media, content, advertising, or digital marketing.Branded Content experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Proven experience in concept selling, content-led partnerships, and business development.Demonstrated ability to pitch ideas, create persuasive proposals, and close deals.Fluent in English (mandatory); fluency in Hindi is a strong plus for certain regions and verticals.Strong network of contacts among CXOs, CMOs, agency heads, and brand leaders.Creative, persuasive, and driven by outcomes.Qualifications & Experience :
5–10 years of experience in Sales, Media, or Branded Content roles.Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.Exceptional candidates with strong storytelling skills and deep business connections may also apply, even if their background is non-traditional.Why Join Us?
