Job description

Job Title : Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new / existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Use LinkedIn to post content, follow target ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), comment, and engage with prospects to build brand presence and pipeline.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings.
  • Handle all follow-up communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
