Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Java, React JS, Backend

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java-based backend development and modern front-end frameworks like React.js. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable web applications as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot).

Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using React.js.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI / UX designers, and QA.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

Implement security and data protection practices.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

full-stack development experience.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA.

Experience with React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

RESTful API design and development.

Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and ORM technologies.

Version control using Git and CI / CD pipelines.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.).
