Job Description :
- Partner Acquisition : Identify, approach, and onboard potential DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive monthly sales targets and key business metrics.
- Operational Support : Provide day-to-day support to channel partners, including assistance with file login, documentation, and use of the proprietary technology platform for faster closures.
- Target Achievement : Drive and achieve aggressive monthly sales targets in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Field Execution : Conduct on-ground field activities, leveraging local networks and market knowledge to expand the company's footprint.
- Reporting & Communication : Maintain effective communication with internal teams, report progress, and provide partner feedback for continuous improvement.
- Market Expertise : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to optimize partner engagement and sales strategies.
Mandatory Requirements :
Prior experience in NBFC, BFSI, or DSA, preferably in Home Loans and Loan Against Property.Strong sales skills with proven ability in negotiation, rapport building, and closing deals.Own conveyance preferred for field execution; strong local industry network is an advantage.Good written and verbal communication skills; fluency in the regional language is beneficial.Minimum graduate from any discipline.Skills Required
