Role Description

This is a full-time role for Business Development & Franchise Sales Experts. The role is hybrid, based in Hyderabad with some work-from-home permissible. The day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, managing franchise sales processes, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also include communication with potential franchisees, retail sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Retail Sales and Sales experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work both in-office and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Previous experience in franchise sales or business development is a plus
