About the Role

The Digital Transformation Officer drives projects that digitize workflows, improve efficiency, and integrate modern technologies into SCG’s India operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process digitalization.

Support implementation of automation, ERP, or data-driven tools.

Collaborate with business units to improve user adoption.

Track digital project KPIs and report progress.

Research emerging technologies relevant to SCG.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or Engineering.

• 0–3 years in digital or innovation roles;

new graduates are welcome .

Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping, or digital tools.

Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
