The Head of Digital Partnerships (Lending) role in Mumbai is a strategic leadership position focused on growing retail and MSME lending through fintech alliances, co-lending, and API-driven integrations .

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute digital partnership strategies for lending growth.

Negotiate and structure partnerships with FinTech's, NBFCs, and e-commerce platforms.

Co-create scalable, innovative digital lending products.

Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk frameworks.

Drive technology-led, data-driven solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Enhance customer journeys with embedded finance and seamless digital experiences.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

12–15 years in lending, with 5+ years in digital partnerships or fintech.

Expertise in partnership structuring, negotiation, and execution.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, product design, and technology.

Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

MBA / PGDM or equivalent preferred.
