Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor operational outputs to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks
• Conduct audits, evaluations, and corrective action follow-ups
• Prepare quality assessment reports and performance insights
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of quality deviations
• Train and guide team members on quality protocols and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled Quality Controller (non technical) to oversee, evaluate, and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and performance standards across operational processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in quality control practices and strong analytical and organizational abilities.
