Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who not only excels in driving sales but also brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL expertise to optimize sales strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive inside sales operations, including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline management, and closures.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and conversion strategies.
- Use SQL and data analytics to track, analyze, and report sales performance, funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Design and implement data-driven sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, and Data) to solve business challenges and optimize client acquisition.
- Mentor and guide the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and playbooks for higher efficiency and scale.
