Role Overview

The team helps assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles. This includes defining pricing strategies, creating pricing models, and ensuring differentiated value for opportunity pursuits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment
- Expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets
- Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze data from various reports
- Experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and methodologies
- Expertise in implementing and structuring sales incentive plans
- Proficient in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and incentive management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
