Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – L&D (Sales Enablement) to lead end-to-end sales training, onboarding, and capability-building for our Sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, and Solutioning teams. This role will shape our sales readiness strategy and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive revenue impact and reduce ramp time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver onboarding, sales bootcamps, and capability programs.
- Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, and enablement content.
- Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
- Run ongoing workshops, refreshers, and coaching sessions.
- Measure training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
- Stay updated on sales trends, buyer behavior, and modern methodologies.
Experience & Skills
12–15 years in Sales and 2–3 years in Sales Training / Enablement.Strong B2B sales and consultative selling knowledge.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact sales pitches.High ownership, influence, and stakeholder management.
