Looking for SVP / EVP - Investment Banking Coverage role

Location : Mumbai

BUY SIDE Experience mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Origination and execution of end to end Private Equity, M&A Deals and structured finance transactions.
• Identifying the opportunities in the Market
• In-depth understanding of Infrastructure (Roads, Power, Renewables, etc.) & Real Estate (Warehousing, data centres) sectors covering investments & financing aspects
• Business Plan Preparation - Industry Mapping / Client Mapping / Deal Sourcing / Closures
• Work closely with clients on mandated transactions, including fund raising, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.
• Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients.
• Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.
• Knowledge management / Team management / Thought leadership skills in the Infrastructure sector
• Making presentations at Seminar, Industry Bodies & Associations.
• Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning.
• Strong relationships with Promoters / Management of Corporates
• Motivating and Managing Teams to achieve business targets
• Past experience / Track record of (M&A / PE) deal closures
• Relationships with key decision-makers in the Industry

Qualification : Professional Qualifications / Certifications : MBA (preferable) CA or equivalent with minimum 15 years of Fund Raising / Investment Banking Experience.
