Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team of 10+ members across various roles and industries.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for domestic clients including sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements for shutdowns, ongoing operations, and project-based needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Set and track team KPIs related to closure timelines, offer-to-join ratios, and quality of hire.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand manpower needs and forecast hiring trends.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluation of team members.
- Maintain detailed MIS and dashboards to monitor team output and recruitment performance.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong experience in staffing and manpower supply for domestic clients (non-US).Demonstrated success in leading and scaling recruitment teams.Deep understanding of manpower planning, hiring cycles, and recruitment trends in the Indian market.Ability to manage volume and niche hiring simultaneously.Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.Proficient with ATS and Excel, and various job portals.Skills Required
