About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing content, editing reels, scheduling posts, and maintaining our content calendar. You will also coordinate with our travel advisors who have been on trips to gather real-time content, stories, and updates for social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Create and schedule Instagram carousels and stories to drive engagement
  • Edit and produce reels and short-form videos from trip content
  • Maintain and update the posting / content calendar across all social media channels
  • Coordinate with travel advisors who have recently returned from trips to collect images, videos, and travel highlights
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and guidelines
  • Monitor post performance and suggest creative improvements based on analytics
  • Stay updated on social media trends, new content formats, and platform features
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence across all relevant platforms

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic to intermediate level)
  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a posting calendar
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for travel and storytelling is a plus
