Procurement and Vendor Relations Lead

Title : Procurement Lead - Data Center

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Development of Procurement strategy, outlining technical requirement, guidelines and criteria for vendor selection for respective Disciplines / Packages (Electrical / Mechanical / C&I)
• Should be capable of achieving good quality cost effective purchases within stringent timelines.
• Assess and develop pool of suppliers for various packages on the basis of cost and technology.
• Implementation of standards for procurement terms to protect the company's Interest
• Establish Guidelines for efficient negotiation and onboarding of suppliers, ensuring alignment to technical, quality and project schedule requirements.
• Establish Guidelines for Inspection & Expediting ensuring with Production Quality checks and delivery schedule.
• Monitor and ensure Vendor's performance with respect to PO T&C to meet Project Quality & Schedule requirement
