Job Description
Strategic Ownership - Act as the CEO of your product line, managing both high-level vision and operational execution.
End-to-End Leadership - Own key product metrics (acquisition, engagement, retention) and ensure continuous growth through data-driven decisions.
Product Roadmap - Define, prioritize, and execute the product backlog, ensuring optimal balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to deliver features on time and at high quality.
User-Centric Development - Conduct in-depth user research and analyze product usage data to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
Data-Driven Decisions - Define KPIs, build dashboards, track performance, and run A / B tests to refine product strategy.
Continuous Improvement - Iterate rapidly to enhance user experience, ensuring each release adds measurable value.
The Successful Applicant
Experience :
o 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a core PM role.
o Proven success in managing and scaling digital products in a fast-paced environment.Mindset :
o Entrepreneurial ownership with the ability to operate independently and drive results.Technical & Analytical Skills :
o Strong analytical mindset with expertise in defining KPIs, creating dashboards, and executing A / B testing.User-Centric Thinking :
