The Role : Why It Matters

This is not your average full-stack role. As an AI-native engineer, youll directly drive our internal AI adoption and build the foundation for our products next growth wave. Youll be the multiplier who empowers engineers, product managers, and ops teams to ship faster, safer, and smarterby embedding AI at every touchpoint.

What Youll Work On :

• Architect and build production-ready apps, APIs, and internal tooling with AI-paired development
• Create internal agents for QA automation, documentation, release workflows, and L2 support
• Integrate LLMs into dev workflows (e.g. Claude for test case generation, GPT-4 for code review)
• Build scalable backend services (Node.js / Spring Boot) and frontend UIs (React 19 / Next.js)
• Help define SabPaisas AI-native engineering standards, prompt libraries, and code gen templates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, DevOps, Design, and Compliance
