You will act as a trusted bridge and the crucial link between our Sales Team and our high-value clientele .
Your core mission is to provide Trust and Support to ensure that clients smoothly transition from our educational Webinars to a personalized 1-on-1 Strategy Meeting with our Wealth Strategist (WC) without hesitation.
Important Note : This role is focused on Support, Engagement, and Coordination , not high-pressure or cold-calling sales.
Working Hours & Reporting
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday.
- Standard Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM.
- Adjusted Shifts : Shifts will be adjusted (e.g., 12 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM) on pre-informed Webinar Days to cover evening sessions.
- Reporting To : Wealth Strategist (WC).
Key Responsibilities
A. Client Engagement & Strategy Session Coordination (70% Focus)
Webinar Follow-up (Attendees) : Immediately call webinar attendees to gather feedback, resolve preliminary doubts, and guide them to book a complimentary strategy meeting slot with the WC or the Senior Closer.Webinar Follow-up (Non-Attendees) : For registered leads who did not attend, first educate them about the value of the webinar recording. A sales pitch is only executed if the client shows clear interest after consuming the recording.Doubt Resolution : Handle minor client objections or questions directly over the phone to prepare them for the meeting or finalize the next steps without unnecessary escalation.New Lead Contact : Promptly contact all inbound leads that arrive manually via Social Media / WhatsApp and educate them about the value of attending the Upcoming Webinar.B. Webinar & Program Support (30% Focus)
Webinar Coordination : During live webinars, actively monitor and filter the Chat Box, relaying prioritized questions to the WC host.Attendance Calls : Execute pre-webinar reminder calls using the WhatsApp API System to ensure high attendance and provide final Joining Details to registered leads.Admin Work : Accurately record and update client data, manage the scheduling and allocation of all strategy meeting slots, and consolidate queries received via the CRM from all social media platforms.Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : 6 to 24 months of relevant work experience is mandatory.Industry Focus : Proven experience in Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is strongly preferred .Technical Skills : Working knowledge of CRM Systems (e.g., Zoho), WhatsApp API reminder systems , and Webinar Attendee Data management is essential.Motivation : A strong drive to achieve meeting Booking Targets and maximize performance-based Incentives .Skills : Must possess excellent Communication and Objection Handling abilities.Role : Customer Engagement
