Purchasing Manager

Job description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage the purchase team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and organizational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and expand the supplier network to support multiple project needs.
• Review, approve, and process purchase requisitions and orders in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor purchase budgets, track cost control measures, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor agreements, and reports.
