Operations Lead / Director

Role Overview :

As the Operations Director, you will be the architect of our company's operational excellence and financial strategy. You will be responsible for building a scalable foundation to support our rapid growth, managing our global operations across Australia and India, and serving as a key voice on our executive team.

What You'll Do :

• Strategic Leadership :  Develop and execute the company's long term operational and financial strategy in partnership with the executive team.
• Build Scalable Systems :  Design and implement robust, scalable processes to support our growth.
• Financial & Risk Management :  Lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and capital management. You will own our financial health and manage risk across the organization.
• Global Operations :  Oversee all operational and financial functions across our Australian, Singapore, and Indian entities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in both markets.
• Executive Leadership :  Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and the board, providing critical insights on operations, finance, and long-term strategy.
• Team Development :  Build and mentor a high performing, global finance and operations team that aligns with our innovative and collaborative culture.
