Role Overview

We are seeking a  Clinical Data Analyst  who can manage, interpret, and validate healthcare data across multiple systems including  EHR data, practice management data, patient demographics, appointments, PDMP, compliance datasets , and operational clinical metrics. The ideal candidate should be skilled in working with healthcare datasets stored across  MySQL, MongoDB, Google Sheets / Drive , and other structured / unstructured sources while ensuring strict data privacy and HIPAA-aligned handling.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Extract, clean, transform, and validate clinical and practice datasets from :

• MySQL patient and clinical records
• MongoDB appointment and operational data
• Google Sheets / cloud documents / CSVs

✅ Create dashboards and reports for :

✅ Perform data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and PHI integrity

✅ Work with internal teams to support :

✅ Implement data dictionaries, mapping logic, and metadata standards

✅ Maintain HIPAA-aligned handling of PHI and PMI at all times

✅ Collaborate with engineering to improve data pipelines and automation
