Position Purpose and Summary :

As the Social Media Manager at

LOV

ETC, you will be the creative force behind our digital presence, crafting compelling content and executing strategies that resonate with our audience. Your role will be pivotal in building a vibrant community, driving engagement, and amplifying our brand's voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
• Create original, on-brand content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and written copy
• Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics and audience insights
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive features to build community
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content opportunities
• Participate in photoshoots and events to capture behind-the-scenes content
• Manage social media budgets for paid promotion and sponsored content
