Kandidly is a fast growing London-based digital marketing agency specialising in paid media and performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon and more. We work mostly with Ecommerce brands, helping them turn their ad spend into real, measurable growth.
We’re now looking for a Designer & Video Editor based in India to help us market the agency itself and support our client work when needed.
Role overview
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives at the intersection of design, video and B2B marketing. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content that feels polished, on-brand and built to perform on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
You should be equally comfortable designing a slick sales deck and editing a podcast, and you must understand how B2B audiences think, scroll and decide.
Key responsibilities
Agency marketing (primary focus)
- Edit long-form podcast episodes into polished video and audio outputs
- Cut long-form content into short clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Add branding, lower-thirds, animations, intros / outros and hooks to make content scroll-stopping
- Create static and motion assets for :
- LinkedIn posts and carousels
- Case studies and one-pagers
- Email banners and simple web / landing page visuals
- YouTube thumbnails and cover graphics
- Develop and maintain visual identities for Kandidly’s own content (e.g. “Paid Forward” podcast and other series)
- Create clean, on-brand sales presentations in PowerPoint / Google Slides
Client support (secondary focus)
Support the wider design / creative team on client work during busy periodsAdapt and localise existing brand assets for different formats and platformsPrepare assets for paid campaigns (static, simple animated and short-form video where needed)What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Editing podcast-style video (multi-cam where available, but often single-camera + screen)Syncing audio, cleaning up sound, removing filler content and adding simple sound design where neededDesigning static creatives (social, decks, PDFs, thumbnails) from scratch using brand guidelinesCreating and applying motion graphics and basic 2D animations for titles, transitions and explainer overlaysOccasionally experimenting with light 3D / CGI work (even if via templates or simple scenes)Researching content ideas, formats and references without needing step-by-step directionManaging your own deadlines, updating the team proactively and delivering reliablyRequired skills & experience
Core experience :
4–5 years of experience as a Designer / Video Editor (or similar hybrid role)Strong portfolio of B2B marketing work (non-negotiable) – e.g. agencies, consultancies, professional services, B2B events etc.Proven experience editing podcasts or long-form talking-head contentProven experience producing short-form vertical content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels and LinkedInComfortable working with UK or international clients and remote teamsTools & technical skills

Adobe Premiere Pro and / or DaVinci Resolve (strong proficiency in at least one is essential)After Effects (or equivalent) for motion graphics, templates and light animationDesign :

Fully remote role, based in India.You will be required to work UK hours (9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm), which is typically 2 : 30pm to 11 : 00pm India time during winter and shifts to 1 : 30pm to 10 : 00pm during the UK’s summer clock change.You will need a stable internet connection and good / reliable electricity connection or inverter.Work laptop will be providedHow to apply
