Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ad-Tech Support Engineer to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize complex advertising technology platforms. The role requires strong programmatic advertising expertise, DSP troubleshooting skills, and hands-on SQL proficiency. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and client support teams to deliver high-performing solutions across the digital advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within Ad-Tech platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Client Support, and Ad Operations teams.
• Interface with customers and provide tailored solutions to optimize performance.
• Work on programmatic advertising platforms including DSPs and CTV systems.
• Access, query, and analyze databases using SQL.
