Strong Service Cloud Voice (SFSVC) implementation experience

Familiarity with IVR / telephony integrations using AWS

Strong coding skills and ability to build custom connectors and integrations

Responsibilities

Implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice functionality with AWS backend integrations

Build, test, and deploy AWS Lambda functions supporting Amazon Connect flows

Work with the technical architect to deliver the contact center transformation

Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance and reliability
