Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Coimbatore. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying and recommending improvements to business processes, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and supporting project teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis to understand, interpret, and communicate data effectively
• Proficiency in identifying and optimizing Business Processes and gathering Business Requirements to improve operations
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, presenting, and facilitating discussions with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address challenges and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methods; familiarity with relevant software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; certification in Business Analysis is an added advantage
